My fiancee ordered a tux for my wedding, we confirmed it correctly, it came in wrong and they denied any fault and refused to correct the situation. The bow tie was brown and the vest was grey! I went to my wedding like this!!! My first fight as a married man was over this bow tie, vest combination. No quality control! NOT a good example of how to do business. The managers response was "their's nothing we can do about it." Side-note: Jos. A. Bank sent my groomsman's tux to the wrong location. He had to drive an hour to the wrong store the day of the wedding to pick it up. Horrible experience.

One of the worst customer service experiences of all time. Very rude manager and staff. I went in to get tailored and ended up getting my money back after a stain was found that I did not have before I entered the store. No idea of if it happened there or what, but I was essentially yelled at by the manager (who had been rude from the moment I walked into the building). All could have been avoided if they wanted to help. But way more concerned with placing blame on me rather than taking care of customers. I couldn't give 0 stars, but if I could I would.

Bought a suit on Saturday for a Wednesday funeral. Was told suit would be tailored and ready by 5:00 pm on Tuesday. Guess what, I called on Tuesday at 3:00 for status of my suit and I get "who are you? We have no suits being tailored for today".....then the clerk comes back on the phone and tells me "Oh the tailor called out sick"......So here it is at 3:15 and Nobody has a clue where my suit, that I paid for and paid for the tailoring is located! "I'll make some phone calls and call you back." Clerk called me back, taking it to Chester store and trying to get it done! As of now I'm super pissed!

Needed a pair of suspenders (there for an out of town wedding and I forgot mine). They only had their garbage house brand suspenders which cost me $55 and they frayed almost immediately!
