Irene and her team did a great job of selling our house in Somerville. Due to our over-optimistic estimation of the market, the selling was slower than we expected at the beginning. Then Irene actively worked with us to adjust the asking price, following the market feedback. The team is knowledgeable, active, easy communicating with, and focusing on their work. My husband and I appreciate their efforts in the past nine months.

Irene Bremis is a very informed and thoughtful realtor. Her team is knowledgeable of the greater Boston real estate area from how to price your home for sale to how to price you offer to buy a new home. She had suggestions on how to stage my home for sale as well connections to plumbers and the like professionals. Irene did an excellent comprehensive evaluation of my property so our family could make informed plans and budget. What I appreciated the most is she returned my phone calls with calm and poise when our family was freaking out about some aspect of selling or buying. We are very happy we used her as our Realtor.

I recently made the best choice I've made in many years. I chose to retain the Bremis team to list my condos at 10 powder House terrace in Somerville Ma.
   Not only was I thoroughly impressed by the experience and professionalism displayed by them but most importantly the results I got were in accordance with the service they provided as I sold one unit for $50,000 over asking price and the other for full asking price. Not only will I continue to use the Bremis Group but I have also taken the unusual step for me and recommend them to everyone else.
