Cocktails are fantastic and food is great to boot. It looks like the menu changes with the season, so it'd be fun to go back. The burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. We had a few of the more unique apps which were worth the adventure. Save room for dessert - completely worth it. A bit pricey, but not unreasonably so - worth every penny. We will certainly be back.

Highly recommended by my local relatives, we made our way here from the distillery tour, for lunch and drinks. We were immediately seated just before noon on a Monday, although traffic steadily increased over the next hour. The staff was efficient and friendly. The decor and atmosphere were clean and simple, allowing some of the history and style of the original ice factory to come through. The lunch menu was relatively short, but everyone could find something to order, be it salad, beef, chicken, or seafood. The drink menu was more extensive, and made use of the spirits distilled onsite. I ordered the Chicken BLT served with a side salad and the rum-based Cabana Boy, total around $20 + tip.

This bar has some of the most amazing handcrafted cocktails made from the liquor they distill right below the bar! In fact, you can tour their distillery for free during the day and sample the same cocktails you can get at the bar. The bar itself uses different forms and sizes of ice including crushed ice, shaved ice, and large ice balls. There is also a high-end restaurant around the bar the serves amazing food, including fresh whole fish. Seating is very limited so make sure to get there early. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere! Their smoked fish dip was delicious, and the shrimp toast was perfectly done! Delicious drinks! We loved it so much we even went back for brunch!

The drinks are classy, original, and delicious, and the food is OUTSTANDING. The wait staff was also very accomadating to my gluten allergy and kind, and never left us waiting. Our waitress was Kim and she was so sweet! She brought us our dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to me; truly made my night! Definitely go here if you are looking for a cool atmosphere, original taste, and amazing food. The distillery is right next door, and ice blocks are made fresh every day! All of their drinks have different shaped ice. Some are shaved, some cubes, some spheres of ice! Really great.
