I was parked for an hour and fifteen minutes and was charged $52. When I asked for a breakdown of the charge they seemed offended. They gave me totally wrong times as compared to when I arrived. They said I had been there for 3+ hours, thus charging me for the whole day. When I asked to see the ticket again they said it was already discarded and showed me a computer screen. It was all BULLSHIT quite frankly. To top all this off, it took them roughly 25 more minutes to retrieve my car. Stay away from this place.

This place is a scam. I only parked there for 45 minutes, I intentionally rushed to make it out under an hour. I noticed they charged me for 2 hours and when I questioned it, they would yell and say "no no no, you here for 2 hours". I was annoyed but I had my daughter with me who just wanted to go home. I sucked it up and paid the $42. They charged my card $40. They asked for my card back and I asked why and was reluctant as I know these places can be shady. They said they charged me $40 instead of $42 and I offered $2 cash. They said no they could not take the $2 because they already processed the refund and now need to pay $42. They gave me a refund receipt, so I accepted it and allowed him to swipe it again. Days later, I still noticed I never got a refund. Today, 12 days later, I still noticed I was never refunded the $40. I called them twice, the first time I called, I talked to a guy, and when he realized I was complaining/disputing about never getting my refund...all of a sudden he said he does not speak English and hung up on me. I called again, another guy picked up and said it happens all the time by accident and it can take a really really really long time to get a refund. I argued that it does not ect..and he too then hung up on me. I called my bank, and took out the receipts as a reference. I then compared the receipts and noticed, that there was no approval code and that the machine was OFFLINE when they processed the refund. So it never went through. They made sure the 2 charges went through though. It seems to me that they intentionally turned off the machine, to make it seem like the refunded me the money but did not. I have heard of this happening a lot. My bank agreed that they too had this happen a lot in New York City. These places are scams and do anything to make extra money on the side. I can only imagine how many other people they do this too knowing that a lot of people do not always check their bank/credit card statements. Normally, I would not have noticed, but I had a bad feeling and kept checking. My bank will refund me the money, but it just makes me mad knowing that nothing will really be done to this parking garage.

Quick and easy parking right in the middle of Times Square. STRONGLY recommend getting an online coupon or discount voucher BEFORE parking - they do not offer them on site. There will be waits for theatre crowds who also parked here and want to go home right after the show.
