I would zero stars if I could. Parked at location 143 W 40th Street. Showed up before 10am in a small Toyota truck, no larger than midsized SUV. Not considered oversized. Got back expecting to pay 25 dollars. Hit with a 65 dollar charge. Main attendant was rude and pointed to a sign on the office window that it was considered large vehicle. Proceeded to say that we have to expect to pay when coming into the city. 65 dollars is totally ridiculous and never have I paid that amount coming into NYC. After words were exchanged, my daughter was afraid this man was going to hit me. It was quite a scene. My advice. DO NOT PARK HERE! And, we refused to give me his name.

These parking garages are sketchy if you ain't a local be aggressive otherwise you could get ripped off.

Nice clean place to park your car quickly right in the middle of Manhattan. Staff works fast and professionally. The price is a bit high though.

Money was stolen out of my car and when I called to ask about it employees hung up...what a disgrace

Easy in and out. Friendly employees. They sent us a text on our way into the city asking if everything was going ok, and if we needed any assistance. Pretty cool!
