If i could give zero stars I absolutely would. Attendants seem incompetent and rude as if they're doing me a favor by letting me park my car in their lot. I paid for four hours in the lot and returned 30 minutes earlier for my car and the whole lot is closed. I contacted the phone number on my ticket given to me by the attendant and received no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. I still have not received my car- I have even resorted to banging on the gate and still received no answer. The concierge at the Hotel Times Square across the street even attempted to contact the establishment to no avail. I am very angry and will continue to discourage everyone from parking here. They do not care about customer service and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrific, disgusting experience.

I park here everyday out of convenience and they don't seem to care when you get there or what order they get your car. Only offering up that your car must be in the back any time  question why haven't you gotten your car yet. That is not fair and they don't seem to care, for now I am not going to tip them until something is done about it if this  continues I will move my business elsewhere.  The only good thing is that the people that work in the morning are very pleasant.

Worst parking experience I ever had. The a**h*** parking attendant jumped in my car and drove off with it without even asking if I had everything I needed. I didn't! Then the cashier decided to just stare at me when I tried to retrieve my car and couldn't find the ticket. "You need the ticket," was all she said.
