I'm not a fan of any of the Spa/Pool businesses in the Treasure Valley. Its about as bad as Internet Auto is to cars. Honest sales and service/parts staff are hard to come by in this line of business. Be careful and do your own research. Understand the small things such as water volume to ozone output. Drain and refill instead of buying ten chemicals to fix your problems.

I had a leak in my hot tub and Dave Speak came out to help me figure out where it was. He was extremely helpful and very kind! I felt as though I could completely trust all of his advice! Great customer service!

We ordered a spa cover. They told us it would be about 4-6 weeks because they wanted to batch order to save on shipping costs. We were also told that it needed to be paid 100% up front. The process was tedious and took nine weeks for delivery. They mentioned they were having issues with their vendor that was out of their control. In the end, the spa cover did finally arrive and they delivered it to our house to try and make up for the delay... which we appreciated.
