Worst spa experience ever! I honestly wouldn't even rate it one star if that was an option. I purchased a Groupon a couple of months ago for the " ultimate" mani and pedi and called to schedule a time and day to come in. When I arrived she tried telling me there was a problem and she wasn't going to be able to do either one of my services that day because for some reason on their computer system it said I have not showed up for appointments with them before. I have literally NEVER had any service done there before nor have I scheduled anything up until I purchased this Groupon. I was so confused and frustrated so she said until they figure out the problem I needed to reschedule and that she would do gel polish for free when I come back. Quite obviously she just didn't want to work that day. I then go back the week after and I was treated just as bad as before, I was not greeted when I walked in, the receptionist just told me to sit down and (not mentioning her name) would be with me in a few minutes. She walks up unenviting and tells me where to sit, didn't ask me if I wanted a beverage or anything and says pick out your polish. I walk over to pick out a gel polish and she said " no I don't have time for that"
" you need to pick a regular polish" in my opinion gel is way faster as in no dry time I asked her again and said I will pay extra because I want gel, I again got the same response of her not having enough time. It was far from a relaxing pedicure, it was fast and poorly done, basically soaked for a couple of minutes, filed and painted. After she was done with that she told me we needed to reschedule for my manicure for another day, by that point I was very irritated! I wanted my polish to match my toes so I asked if she could at least polish them and at that point I did t even want to reschedule for the manicure. She quickly painted my nails and again it was carelessly done and  said okay you're done and good to go. I had to leave with wet nails, which messed up by the time I got to my car. I know this is a long comment but I've never been treated so poorly at a salon/spa in my life. The customer service was awful I did not feel welcome and that was a huge waste of my money and time! I most certainly will not be returning again nor do I recommend going there.

Great if you can get in, but good luck with that. Twice now I've purchased packages from them. The first time it took about two weeks and multiple phone calls to get it scheduled because they'd talk to everyone involved and offer me one time they could do it which didn't work for me and we'd be back to square one and calling five people again. Once it was finally booked and we went to the appointment it was good. The massages were good, although one gal was complaining about how tired she was before she started, and the pedicures were nice also. I thought I'd try them again so I got a Mani-Pedi package for my mom and myself. They have limited hours in general so I can't go during the week and miss work and then when I tried to schedule for Saturday the 1 nail tech is out that day. The girl I spoke to sounded like she had no idea what she was doing, didn't tell me any days the nail tech actually would be in and now if you only have one person I'm not even interested because I'm not going have either of us waiting two hours for the other person and then switching because we can't do them at the same time. Getting a refund and done bothering with this salon. I'll go to places that want to actually bring clients in by being polite and knowledgeable and trying to schedule appointments for them.

I'm disappointed to say that my experience has been very poor. When I originally called to schedule my mani-pedi there weren't very many times available. I really wanted to come into Spa Estetica because they have great reviews and it seemed like the perfect place to relax. No times worked with my schedule so I took the day off work so that I could get my nails done and just have a me day. I was booked from 4 to 6 P.M. for a mani-pedi. I arrived at 4:04. I am almost always arrive at least five minutes early, but traffic was really bad and so I was 4 minutes late. The woman told me that she would not be able to see me and would need to reschedule my appointment. I let her know that I had already taken the day off work for my appointment and that she could just shaved the five minutes off of my appointment and she told me that she could not do that and that she had kids pick up from school. I don't think it would have been hard to shave 5 minutes off of a 2 hour appointment. It seemed very apparent to me that the lady did not want to do a mani-pedi today on anyone and was just looking for an excuse to cancel. I'm really shocked. I'm an esthetician myself and I understand how important customer service is. I also understand the importance of punctuality and have no problem owning up to the fact that I was in fact four minutes late and didn't expect to be reimbursed for that four minutes. I did think I would still be able to be seen though. I also wish that I hadn't drove 30 minutes across town to be told no as I walked in the door. If their policy was that rigid than I wish that that would have been communicated with me on the phone when I made the appointment.

I love coming to Doris for skin services.  She is the only esthetician who's been able to solve some of my problems, and she's always given me ridiculously good deals on services.  I push all my friends her way!

I enjoyed the comfortable and inviting atmosphere for Spa Estetica.  I received a gift certificate for a hot stone massage (which was a first experience for me) and it was very relaxing and actually now a preference of mine. As I was leaving I mentioned needing a hair cut and they happened to have availability at that moment.  It was a perfect opportunity to take advantage of time away from home for myself.
