Terrible service and staff. They have my order for my book and it's in store they just haven't pulled it off of the shelf yet. They were able to find my order but told me it'll be tomorrow or later to get my book. Lady told me I could cancel my order and buy it in store. Why they couldn't just go pull the book is beyond me. You'd think they'd be smarter for a college bookstore.

They are overpriced. But that is kind of expected for college bookstores. There are better places around town if you want ISU apparel. They do have some really nice stuff though! And if you are at the school and missing something, then pop on over and you will be able to find what you need.

I had very unpleasant experiences with a book store employee. Some are very helpful but she was rude and acted like the world revolved around her. Not there for the students. Plus the bookstore is way overpriced

The books can be very expensive, so buy on Amazon if you can help it. However, if you want to pick up some iSU apparel it is not a bad way to go.
