We make storing your belongings easy. Offering convenient, affordable and well maintained facilities. We are locally owned and operated. We are committed to sustaining excellent customer service and clean facilities.

Our offices are open 7 days a week to help meet the needs of our tenants. We offer month to month leases and easy auto billing with bill pay. Our premier facilities are entirely fenced with computerized gate access, in addition, we provide a wide range of unit sizes to choose from.

Great customer service! Very friendly people! Entire facility is spotless! If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend this place!! 5 stars isn't enough

We had a good experience with the owners! They explained everything clearly and were very friendly and accomodating. We used them for moving from an old house to new and had no issues. Also, the facility was very clean, secure and open 24hrs which we appreciated. Thanks!

Belinda and her husband do an amazing job of managing the storage facility     I am visually impaired and living out of Boise and was trying to pay online and I cannot remember the number of times that she help me to do the bill pay patiently over the phone never getting impatient    They have the ultimate and customer service and they are   Genuinely interested and their customers and taking care of their customers needs     I've been there at the end of the month and saw how demanding it was to juggle all the different needs of people and yet every time it was done with extreme kindness      So you would be blessed to use Idaho storage connection on Franklin because they will take extremely good care

rented a unit for several years. best price for the size and the 24 hour access is great. on site security is good and the managers make regular rounds. when i replaced my lock  they called me the following day to make sure it was me who replaced it and not someone else. 
if i ever need a storage unit I will return to this one.
