Ok, my HONEST review. I enjoyed the clinic for my laser hair chin removal treatment. My BIGGEST concern for laser hair removal, as a brown to dark skinned African-American woman, was the possibility of being burned by the laser. THAT is a concern every woman of color should be AWARE, AND CONCERNED about when considering and/or receiving laser hair removal treatments. I like how the clinic acknowledges that, explains and displays the laser for fair/white skin and brown/dark, I want to say the darker skin is the YAG laser. Any way, treatments were great, I always however got folliculitis after EVER treatment. When it first happened, it was bad, however I called and was assisted appropriately and given preventative care prior to treatment, although I still got, I didn't nearly as bad and didn't last long. Swelling also occurred but depended on the nurse performing, which leads to why I gave a 4 star as oppose to a perfect score. Some were rough with the maneuver of the laser, too fast, in the sense of, get to the hair, pull the trigger and remove from the area too quickly causing a more intense rubber band feel snap which in turn caused for swelling. I titled the way my face would look as Frankenstein in the chin area, big, square shaped, masculine...as if I wanted to just stay in doors until it was over. I mean this IS called Ideal Image and THAT is NOT IDEAL for me.  I had a girl who was traveling for the company for services, I believe she said she was from Florida...I couldn't stand her. Poor customer service, seemed like because she was only there for the weekend, her attitude and how she carried out my treatment was unacceptable. I wish I could get the same girl every time when possible because the very first woman I had, she was super nice, did it well and was just awesome all around. FABULOUS service with her. All and all I would be WEEKS without hair on my chin and then it was time to treat again but it was fine and not nearly as much! and REALLLLLY I've paid in full the amount, I have 4 treatments to go and once I am done if I saw hair return, I am locked in to $45 to have a treatment done again to remove that hair...that's $45 for hair to be off my chin for months at a time, and its so very fine... I could careless if I had to pay that for the rest of my life HONESTLY. its WORTH it. Now I know people are looking for permanent removal, and that's ok but seriously I just didn't want to have to wax or thread too often which was beginning to be every week and a half 2 weeks. Laser hair removal has made it again, FINE and gone for months at a time. in between treatments no hair for 2-3 months, I cant beat that and the hair that does come back, minimal.

I'm really unimpressed by the customer service. The women are always very condescending and judgemental. Not only are they rude but they are very expensive. Tremendously more than their competitors. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very rude. Drove an hour for an appointment and refused to see me due to being 2 minutes late.
