The staff was very friendly, I called to inquire if they had a product and given a answer quickly and when I asked if they would hold it they did and it was there when I arrived. Once in the store the staff was great! Assisted me in finding what I needed and offered suggestions when it was out of stock. I will definitely go back to this store.

Had a good experience with most of the staff, they were very friendly and helpful but one woman in particular really angered and offended me by her volatile and rude behavior. I didn't catch her name but she was taller and tan with blonde hair. I witnessed this woman raising her voice at two of the salon employees AND a customer. I didn't hear the argument but thought it was incredibly unprofessional.

My friend and I went in to try on lip product and were told by one associate to leave the sponges and the tester applicators on the table we were using, and she would clean them up when we were done. As we walked off another associate asked if that was our stuff in the table and I said yes, the other associate said she would take care of it. Her response was "who?". Excuse me? Are you accusing me of being a liar. Then she rudely rolled her eyes and said "I'll just take care of it." I would understand if I was a kid, but I am 21 years old, and was interested in buying the product I had tried on. I wouldn't have minded cleaning up after myself , but I was told not to, I honestly didn't even know there was a trash can under the table, otherwise I would have taken care of it. The second lady was just so rude to us. We bought the lip stain from Sephora. Your loss.

The friendliest staff in the area ! I always go to the Fairfield commons location and they are so rude there. But this location always welcomes me at the door and has genuinely kind customer service

They carry everything you will need for your beauty needs. Staff is always wearing a welcoming smile, and eager to assist with any questions you may have.
