I have been going to the Salons @ The Greene 2 for a little over a year now and I love it. Ariel always makes my hair look amazing and gives me tips on how to keep it looking that way. Also, she is extremely friendly and I love talking to her while she does my hair.

Very disappointed with Jena because even though I showed up exactly on time for my appointment, she made me wait because she had overbooked. She told me to come back after 15 minutes, I knew she would not be done in 15 minutes because she had literally started to wash the lady's hair. So I went walking around the Greene and came back after 20-25 minutes but there was another lady waiting now so Jena told me that since it was 30 minutes after my original appointment time, I could either wait for her to be done with another customer or reschedule. No apologies, nothing, like it was my fault. I wasted my Saturday afternoon, did not make plans with friends, drove 25 miles, just to be disrespected. Very unhappy. Please learn to respect others' time!!

I purchased a Groupon from Jena Dyke. I was let down by her lack of customer service. I called twice to make an appointment and she never returned my call. I also sent her a message on facebook, which was ignored. I then read other reviews from other people who had the same problem with her. Luckily, Groupon is giving me a refund. I help run a business and that sort of lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
