They only accept cash or checks, which in all honesty is weird and frustrating. I'm not fond of carrying around a large sum of cash in my wallet. Service-wise, I had a massage and it was pretty average. The massage therapist was a nice lady, but she continually tried to have a conversation with me during my 90 minute massage. What? That's not very relaxing. Also considered getting my nails done, before I looked at the price list. I think I'll try somewhere else.

Great job with the Brazilian.  Quick, painless, and very thorough.   Will be back, much better experience than with my previous three wax tech's in Seattle.  Much cheaper too.  Thanks Staci.

Overpriced and undereducated.  If you want to pay too much for a haircut and then pay someone else to fix it, you should definitely go here.  Also, the other reviews noting the general unpleasantness of the owner Stacey are true.  A friend of mine applied to work there and she gave some homophobic reasons why she could not hire them.

The pedicure I got at Identity was fantastic, and worth every penny. I don’t get pedicures often, and so I wanted a good experience.  It’s the full experience - warm, nice-smelling foot soak (in a massage chair), nail trimming and foot smoothing, two wonderful lower leg and foot rubs (one with exfoliating gel and one with lotion), a cooling “mask” for your feet and a paraffin dip that left my legs looking and feeling wonderful. The owner, who did my pedicure, was nice, professional, and chatty. And the salon itself provides a soothing environment - it's spacious, well-decorated, and has good lighting. I felt really, really good when I left, and my feet and legs feel and look wonderful - exactly what I’d been hoping for. This is hands down the best place in the area for a pedicure.

Identity is the best salon I've ever been to. I love the quality of service and the friendly/professional atmosphere! Stacy is wonderful, and I would recommend her to anyone for waxing or any of her services offered. She has had many years of experience, and she is amazing at what she does. Stacy values quality and she always cares about her clients on a personal level as well. I am upset to see a negative review, as to I've had only the BEST services at Identity! At identity you get what you pay for which is also something I value! I'm surprised that one reviewer missed their appointment because Identity calls at least 2 days in advance and reminds you every time of your upcoming appointment. They also remind you of the policies when you make your first appointment so there should be no reason to not call in advance if you are unable to make it! Being a college student I would recommend other college students to Stacy as I know they will not be disappointed! Also, the receptionist is very excellent as well!
