I have always had such a great experience at identity salon! Lacey does an amazing job of listening to and doing what I want. She’s great at giving advice and answering questions. She won’t let you leave until you and her are both satisfied. Along with Lacey, the rest of the staff is amazing! They were very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. The boutique is very cute and the woman that works in there is so sweet and funny! The check out process was also very easy and the ladies up front were great! I love identity salon, and I’m so happy I could follow Lacey there!

I would rate this place a 0 if I could but I cannot. Worst salon ever! Don’t go there if you like your hair!

Fatima is a real hair artist if you are looking for someone to do you hair I highly recommend her!! Identity has a great atmosphere and always clean and friendly staff.

I live in near Dallas, TX, but had my hair cut by Katie while I was in St. Louis.  I so wish I lived closer so I could go to her for all my beauty needs.  The salon is beautifully decorated and has a relaxed atmosphere.  Katie listened to what I wanted then made suggestions for me.  The time flew by while she entertained me with conversation.  I LOVE my hair now.  I would recommend Katie and Identity Salon to everyone!
