Newest local Ulta disappoints. Terrible location very hard to access and the signage is not visible from the main road. Lots of bright shiny empty shelves. Hardly an employee to be found, and the few who are there are were too busy gossiping to help customers.  I would skip this location and go to the Gravois Bluffs or Manchester highlands locations, where the shelves are stocked and employees want to help you.
