This place needs to find some management that can properly stock the restaurant and developer employees into skilled workers. Or get shut down. Out of napkins, fries, spoons, lids for to go containers, the list goes on. Of course they won’t tell you they’re out of fries even after you specifically ask for fries until they come out with onion rings. Every single table that was within earshot had an issue. (Probably 5 or 6) And each issue was completely separate from the other. It wasn’t just one issue spanning the restaurant. It was multiple large issues and a COMPLETE failure by the management. Can we even go into the attitude of the servers? Every time someone had an issue at their table the server walked away saying something under their breath and then snickered about it with fellow servers as trash covered the floor begging to be picked up. I won’t complain about the quality of the food. I know what I’m getting into at IHOP when it comes to food so my expectations, while low, were met by the cooks. Avoid at all costs ladies and gentlemen.

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to in my life. My sister-n-law and I came here tonight to eat and we had the worst service. It took them 10 minutes to seat us and 20 minutes to even get our drink orders and we ordered waters, some people came in way after us and got their food 15 minutes after they came in. I ordered no onions in my wrap and it had onions in it, our fruit had some bad pieces in it, and we had one thing of silverware on the table & it was dirty and didn't have a fork. All in all, it wasn't good, and I highly recommend for people to avoid this place at all costs.

Manager spent 30 minutes telling our waitress that she was probably not going to have a job tomorrow and that she should just leave in front of us and multiple other customers. She seemed to be trying her best and just needed guidance or more training, which her unprofessional manager was obviously not capable of giving. The food was fine like normal, however the manager made the experience uncomfortable.

Terrible service, cold and wrong food, extra charges for something I did not ask, and the manager who is never present ... Stop going for a long time for the bad service they gave, come back thinking it would be better, but I'm wrong, the service is equal or worse... Never come back again.

Stuffed French Bread, for life! This location does everything perfect. I refuse to go to a different IHOP
