Have been coming to this Red Lobster for years. Yes the staff has changed but somehow they still give great service with a smile. The food is still as good as ever. Can't say this about other locations. If you're in the mood for Red Lobster, THIS is where you want to be!

Clean and tidy inside and out. Food prepared properly and tasted great, good portions as well of crab (1 claw with 2 orders though) lobster, and shrimp (scampi, coconut, and breaded) The 4 extra plates that were brought to our table were dirty with stuck on food and just not sanitary. I can only hope this was an isolated incident. Our waitress was apologetic, however no one else offered up an explanation. I will remain a fan of the restaurant, maybe a different location next time.

Had a lovely evening out with my friend & neighbor. We had a new young waiter who was very sweet & courteous. He was working hard & learning the ropes quite well. Hope to see him next time.

I have to say the food was phenomenal, as it always is whenever I go. However the service wasn't the best in the world. Our waiter was kind and willing to help us with our problems, but there were quite a bit of problems. One of the members who went ordered a steak which came out wrong twice, in which we eventually gave up on. We had to ask repeatedly for refills and seemed to be somewhat overlooked. I'm willing to look over this, due to the fact that the waiter wasn't bad, rude, or outright bad. The food was great either way and usually it is a great experience this was just a one time incident, I reccomend you try it out this just seemed to be a 1 time deal.
