Standard IHOP location, average quality diner style food. Large restaurant, but there's often a wait. Good kids menu/options. Lots of parking nearby. I'd recommend the country fried steak and gravy and the New York cheesecake pancakes. Very weak and mediocre coffee. I do come here every few weeks despite the complaints because it's a laid back and casual vibe and I do like the menu items mentioned.

IHOP is usualy busy so you now the food has to be great. I love that its kid friendly but we always end up wait 30 minutes to be  seated. Then we usually and acquainting another 30 minutes for food to come to our table but it is more than worth the wait.

I really enjoy eating breakfast here every time. The restrooms are usually pretty clean. 

 The only downfall is that they have slow service most of the time even when they are not busy.

We had FOUR servers assist our family of 4. TOO MANY servers, yet nobody paid attention to my wanting coffee refill. Buser ignored us. Reason why 1-2 servers ONLY needed per family. The team on duty was extremely unproductive. Excessive standing around, eating, drinking etc. Cooks are they only reason I gave any stars. Great food!

Great family place! We love it here! A LOT more on the menu than pancakes these days! Personal fav - chicken fried steak😋😁
