Long wait for a HOT CHOCOLATE. Female manager checking out her phone. Doesn't move a finger to make my choc. Finally get. Barely warm and way too sweet. Hot choc. NO whipped cream! !!!

I just left the drive thru after sitting their for about 45 minutes I go up to the window and it looked like the girl was doing everything herself the manager was yelling at her and talking to her real ugly. That man is a joke I come here on a daily basis and he's always just standing there not doing nothing while all his other employees are running around like crazy trying to do their job. And it makes it even worse because i think he's a manager his name is Jose. He's very nasty and very rude and doesn't help his staff.

The staff here are super nice. The restaurant is clean which is an important aspect for me when it comes to deciding on a place to eat.

This location is horrible. The wait times in drive thru are ridiculous. 80% of the time they hold up the line on purpose so that the timer doesn't continue counting while everyone waits minimum 5 minutes before even placing an order, they wouldn't want headquarters to know how horrible these lines. why not just hold up the line of customers to benefit our selves. Now with that said I have no complaints on the food it's self majority of the time their on point with the exception of where they make the frappe I have personally watched the employees all walk by or reach for something and they rub up all over the nozzles on the pumps for the ingredients. That's just disgusting.
