I've been to IHOP a few times and every time was a pretty good experience except for the food. Food takes a long time but the service is always great at night. The last time I came in was the best service I've ever had at any IHOP. The food took forever as always to come out and came out cold but thank god our server Terra I think her name was, was so kind and attentive with me and my husband! It made up for the bad food. What a lovely young lady. We will be coming back and asking for her to serve us again!

My chicken on my salad,was raw. I was told the cook was Mexican and didn't understand English..Really? That was unnecessary. They did redo the chicken, I had to point out the raw chicken was on the salad. New salad please. No charge Hopefully I will not be sick from a couple bites of chicken. The waitress was young,needs more experience with cooked food on site. Mistakes do happen. We will return. Thanks for asking.

This is one of four (that I know of) and one of three (that I have been to) that we have in Colorado Springs. This is one of the best of the two, and we go here because it isn't as crowded. The personalities here are generally great--not as great as those at the South end of the town. The accuracy and timeliness of this location is the best. All places offer military and senior discount (every bit helps).

We have been sitting here for almost 35 minutes and still haven’t been served our drinks, better yet the waiter had a dip in(tobacco). I don’t really mind it just not around my food.

The waiter that served us there was really nice and polite, so I'm sure that the rest might have a similar temperament! The food was also really good! They may take a while though when preparing your food depending on how busy they are, like any restaurant. They also have really nice interiors!
