Honestly... I want this location to be better. I want them to try harder at their jobs. Pick up the pace. Focus on the order screens, double check the items before sending them out and stop making excuses. (They just jacked the order up AGAIN) Look at the reviews, how many people automatically acknowledge how slow this location is. It's come to a point that we accept that this location always messes up orders and takes forever. How is that okay? Just think of how much more profitable your location would be if you ACTUALLY stepped your game up. Ditch the hipsters, find a rhythm, and make your customer base twice or three times as huge. If this Taco Bell wasn't right next to my house I would never use this location. Cmon guys. Where's the upper management? Where's the franchisee at? Shouldn't someone want to rep this a little harder? Rant over. Thanks.

Love the food! Highly suggest the $5 boxes! But, the drive through is almost always slow. So go inside if you have the chance. But other than that, it's pretty good!

Taco Bell is always bomb, but this location is the best in the Springs. The staff here is so friendly and awesome. I will come out of my way to come to this Taco Bell. Keep up the great work y'all

Wait time is way too long for fast food. Something needs to change at this location. It's close to home so my family goes there often, every time is a 15-30 min wait. Maybe new management and employees that can get the food out faster and correct. Lobby is definitely always on the cooler side. Step in up Taco Bell.

Would receive 5 stars but the line is pretty much always long. I recommend using the Taco Bell mobile app to order ahead of time and then walk in to pick it up. The street they're located on can be difficult to navigate during rush hour traffic, too.
