The past two times we've ate here have been unacceptable. The first, we waited for over an hour and a half for our food. Multiple waitresses were telling us that our food should be out shortly. Meanwhile, tables around us were coming, eating, and leaving. The reason gave to us is the printer quit working and didn't print our food ticket. To resolve the issue, we were given 15% off our meal. The second, it still took 45 or better to get out food. They weren't busy at all, there was no excuse. While we were waiting on food, the waitress did not one time come to check on us. No refills, nothing. Once we got our food, we had to ask for refills with empty glasses. It was time to go; she gave us our check and had asked if she could get us a box or to go drinks. I had asked for both and we waited 15 minutes. No sign of our waitress at all. Nothing. So I wrapped the pancake in a napkin and took the glass to the front of the store. My intentions were to ask the person who would check us out. Our waitress stopped us and said "did you never get your to go cup?" I kind of chuckled and said no so she brings me one. We were then trying to check out and I had $5 off of $10 so she had to get the manager. We waited then too. Needless to say, that was our last visit.

Was seated quickly. Was greeted at my table by my server promptly. She took our drink order and was right back with them. Food came out quickly, hot, and as ordered. Server checked on us regularly.
I had the perfect IHOP dining experience!!

We love IHop's food, and always leave feeling stuffed. The food is good, and it's reasonably priced as well. One or the last time we went, we ordered a chocolate milk, and they skimped on the chocolate syrup. We've also ordered over medium eggs, and they come back not runny at all. But for the most part, they get us our food in a timely manner and it's normally all good.

The food was very very good and we got ample amounts for our orders. Mom got beef tips, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a side of corn+ bread. I got the Build your own Omelette with ham, sausage,bacon, American cheese and tomatoes + a side of hash browns and sour dough bread. The service was great but I was shocked at the amount it cost us to eat !!! $31.67...Then I remembered why I stopped bringing my kids here when they were younger. The food was delicious but I'm on a budget!!! I'll probably go back but not any time soon.

The food is usually great but the service is god awful. We had bugs in our drinks and the waiter argued with us about it while holding the bugs in his hand. I wish it were better serviced and taken care of because they have good cooks. The waiters ruin it.
