Review:A girl named Mackenzie was on my receipt. Not sure if it was the really under trained rude  person whom told me they were a manager or not. Last Night I went to your E.Stone Drive Location. I ordered. I pulled up to the window. I paid. The young lady came back by threw the food on the counter and went to answer the phone. There it sit for a good 5 minutes. I ask if she had a manager there. She said yes and then stood there. I said can I speak to them. Then I realized she was the manager and I said are you the manager? She said yes. First I knew right then what was wrong with this experience. You have a young lady with no people skills not only waiting on customers but managing employees???? I said to her "Do you think it was appropriate to answer the phone when you had people in the drive thru?" She did not respond. I said "you could have had someone else do it?" She said "everyone else was busy." I said "Then you could have let it ring." You simply do not do that to a customer. That was beyond rude and inappropriate. This is not the first time I've encountered poor service and bad people skills at Sonic. Your Fort Henry Drive location lost my business as well. The manager there was also a young lady. Seriously whomever is hiring or promoting these people should at least make sure they have people skills. At the very least. They definitely do not have the ability to manage a restaurant if this is the way they do it. I'll be honest I Supervise a crew at a Plant. And even though they don't interact with customers. I sure the heck make sure the people I hire have some people skills. That behavior is not acceptable in any environment. I would suggest a demotion and some retraining. She was extremely unapologetic. I told her I would be calling her manager and she said "ok" Not once did she apologize for what she did.

Normally Sonic is excellent. This time, not so great. We ordered coconut cream slushies and the person gave us a slushie with coconut milk instead of the ice cream slushie we normally get. It took 10 minutes to figure out the mistake.
