Out waitress was great but it took forever to be seated and then the real wait began.  Upper management is seriously failing in this chain as I have visited 4 within a month time and had similar experiences at all of them from Atlanta to auburn !! We watched 8 people walk out in a 45 min time frame after waiting to be seated and not being acknowledged once.  Definitely will be giving my buisness to waffle house from now on and telling everyone I know not to waist their time until major changes are made.

I took my grandchildren here last Saturday,  my granddaughter would eat here every day of we let her. When we got there the wait was long, but the manager came out and reassured us they would take care of everyone as quickly as possible.  And they did. He started seating guests and was very pleasant.  Once we got our food it was great.   I even received two free pancakes.

Waited to be seated about 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment of us being there. The cashier / host saw us as he checked out a customer and then chose to walk away & not say anything. They were not busy at all so, we assume they don't want our business & left. Then the next family came in and was seated immediately, wow never felt so unworthy. Bummer for them since we usually over tip. Will never go back nor recommend this location.  :(:(:(

Good things first, the food was great! No complaints about the quality or taste. The problem is getting to the table, then getting to the food. On two separate occasions we visited this IHOP to find that the place was obviously understaffed. On one of these occasions we were seated fairly quickly but had trouble ordering and then getting what we had asked for. The servers were obviously stretched too thin for their table load. The serving staff was doing great despite being outnumbered, but it was plainly apparent that management had failed to schedule sufficient staff to handle their rush. On the other occasion, we waited an extended period of time to be seated and ended up leaving to enjoy breakfast at Cracker Barrel instead. There were several parties waiting; the lobbies were both full, but only a smattering of tables were sat. The restaurant was once-again obviously understaffed. I wish I could recommend this place because the food is, for chain breakfast, very good! Unfortunately, it's not easy to obtain, and may not be worth the frustration.

We were forewarned about the service here, but with 10 of us, we couldn't fit into Waffle House, so we went to IHOP for a graduation day breakfast.  My daughter (my Auburn graduate) got there 10 minutes before us and got a table.  We were addressed within 10 minutes and told our waiter we wanted to just order our food with our drinks because I was worried about getting to Auburn in time for an 1100 presentation (it was 0930).  We ordered and proceeded to wait over an hour to get our food.  When we finally got it, the food was good, but we had to eat it so fast, we couldn't enjoy it.  We left there at 1050.  By the way, we missed the 1100 presentation.   The whole experience just ruined what should have been a wonderful day...can't undo things, but they will never get another dime from me.
