Decent restaurant but not great, even for an IHOP. Had a Colorado omelette. Omelette was hot but the meat on top was cold. Our other dishes were good. Or waitress, Stephanie, was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

We come to IHOP, after lunch rush on Easter about 2:30 pm.   It wasn't busy and there were maybe 20 people in the entire place and we were seated at a table in an empty section right next to another couple.  I asked for a booth and she said that section was closed.  The next couple coming in behind us were seated in another section in a booth.  We ordered and the food was hot and good, but my husband asked for a glass of milk and he was almost done with his meal before he got it.  The server was good saying that the milk needed to be changed out.  waiting on the milk, a group of 4 came in and were sat DIRECTLY next to us with at least 15 tables in that particular section empty.  We understood servers getting off work and sections being closed down, but at one time, I counted 9 servers standing behind the partition wall talking.  Not the best experience at IHOP.

Food is okay, but if you only have one hour to eat breakfast, don't come here. Even without waiting time at the door and a big crowd, it's still over an hour. It takes them forever to bring out the food.  It happens so often. Four tables around me have already left the restaurant because of the long wait for the food. 40 minutes? Ridiculous

Service is generally slow. I  believe it stems from inexperienced kitchen staff. Food is good, but it takes an awfully long time to receive it once your order has been placed.
