This IHOP is only about a mile from where I live. We enjoy going for a breakfast on weekends as a nice change from cooking at home. They serve very good food and in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable, service is good, the location is perfect. Travelers will enjoy the convenience; it is open 24 hours and is located next to the interstate.

smelled like pee. long wait. very few vegan options. hashbrowns and fruit are the only items I could find on the menu. please provide cruelty-free pancakes and work on the cleanliness of your restaurant!

In the short version: 4 to 5 stars overall. In the long run: the place was clean, the kitchen is open so you can see the guys cooking, producing and getting everything done and their hard work. People sometimes not appreciate this effort. I have seen bills with 0 tip on their check, wow.. was that bad?? IHOP dishes are not expensive so we order an app, 2 drinks and 2 main dishes. Our bill was $29 something. The 20% was like 5.81 so I gave them eight bucks. They shared that tip, and I thought they deserve it. Good job of the manager, food was great, drinks were good as well. Visit here everyday for everytype of meal, you will love it.
