Stopped ordering from here a while back when I learned they didn't make their pizzas fresh. Started back again when they revamped their menu. Today, my order was missing the pizza. Yes, the pizza. Delivery guy told me they were having trouble with online ordering. I used a foolproof method for him and wrote down the missing pizza, but he had no desire to please his customer. I called the manager as he suggested but received no assistance other than offering to have me pay for what I already ordered, and wait for it again. Now, if they both acknowledge this is a problem, why wouldn't they make an attempt to fix it? Marco's is too good to put up with behavior like this from Pizza Hut. Update: Corporate sent me 2 coupons for free pizza. Whomever answered the phone at this location (sounded like the same manager) would rather do anything but just put the order in. The coupons are plain and simple but she wanted specific store numbers or bar codes. She wanted a synopsis of how and why I obtained the coupons. She argued that my phone number has only ordered from there once, which isn't true. She read my last order that didn't include pizza, which was the problem to begin with. To me, that's irrelevant and I really didn't feel like arguing with her about it again. She finally put my order in but made it clear the delivery man would inspect the coupons. Fortunately, he didn't care.

The staff there are really nice and the pizza is good. I go here all the time. I love it. But on the weekend they can get busy so it may take longer then normal to get your pizza.

On Tuesdays you can buy the family sized pasta cheaper. Tuesday is the day to buy it.

This is a smaller Pizza Hut with dining-in available. It's located in a quiet strip mall with easy access from Fletcher Ave. Staff is friendly. The pizza has always come out tasting good (like a Pizza Hut pizza), and I have especially enjoyed some of their recent deals. Ordering pizza's online for pickup works well here. My only complaint would be that I ordered a pizza for pick-up three hours later, and I had to wait 10 minutes after the pick-up time for it to be ready. Bonus - all the crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese packets I can stuff in my pockets (for use on my pizza of course)!
