I go here with my kids at least once a month and the service is usually pretty good. The food is always good and fresh out the kitchen. We usually bring food home because the portions are huge.

I've been here twice. The first time was a fine experience but the second was very unsatisfying. The first issue was that our waiter didn't write down our order, he just memorized it, and our order was slightly wrong when we got it. Just annoying because how hard is it to write down an order? 

However, that really wasn't a big deal. What really upset me was when I asked for ketchup and a refill of water and he totally forgot about us. If it were busy, I would've been completely understanding. However, I sat there and literally just watched him stand around with his coworkers and talk about non-work related stuff (which I wouldn't have cared about it he wasn't supposed to be getting me something).
Eventually, someone who was sweeping up noticed that I appeared to be waiting for something. I told him the situation and I immediately got the impression that he wasn't surprised that that particular waiter had forgotten about me. He then went and reminded the waiter of my request and he came with my stuff. 
Very frustrating. Not sure if I'll be back.

Or server crystal gave the best service we have ever received at this establishment before today. She was timely, courtious and thoughtful! Thank you, crystal!!!

The worst service... there were 3 groups seated and three waiting. After 10 minutes, one person was seated and they took the names of the of the next people to continue to wait. We left. New night management is desperately needed. I would five zero stars if Google would let me.

The waitress was helpful. The food was great. Restaurant decor was nice and was clean.
