My brother ,Boyfriend and I had came in an hour before closing. Our waitress was extremely nice. Her boss on the other had looked as if she had been doing Cocane in the back parking lot. She was unkept. Made our waitress do double the work, and seat guest. When asked to help the manager was rude to not only her employee but also the customers. It took 45 minutes to make our food and bring it to the correct table. Being late the restaurant only had 5 families of 2 or 3. One customer had to personally ASK the manager to help the waitress. When the manager got involved our food was wrong,cold,not very me a out together,and was either over cooked or undercooked,and raw. The manager was talking back to customers and Employee. When not around customers you can hear her in the kitchen back talking to the cook about customers. The waitress was very tired basses off her looks and demeanor, but was very nice and knowledgeable.

Been here twice. Parking is terrible. Had to park behind business both times because front parking lot is shared amongst several shops and has few parking slots. Both times we received dirty cups, one had lipstick on it and the other had dirt. Silverware had food stuck to it. The first waitress we had was very nice. The second one was rude and didn't take our order correctly. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I prefer the Dennys on the other side of the interstate or Picknicks behind IHOP.

Very slow service. Everytime we have gone to this location the food had been cold when it was served. Would not recommend. Such a shagme Mooresville needs more GOOD breakfast restaurant's.

The waitress brought over a dirty coffee cup with old lipstick residue on it. I asked for hot tea and just took it upon herself to bring green tea over instead of offering a choice. Then she was hovering around our table while we were sitting there talking making us feel uncomfortable like she just wanted us to leave, I guess she felt we were holding up her station.

There is a server that is not very accommodating. (Sloppy appearance not courteous) My family and I have been going to IHops in neighboring towns to avoid our own local location due to that server. Quality of food is great! Whomever the chef is they put out quality food.!!! Thank you to the new server Brian who was awesome in our recent visit!!
