Firehouse subs is the better version of Subway in the sole reason of : they have a wall of hot sauce that is listed in numerical order of 1-10 (1 being least spicy,10 being most). 

Also fun fact: if you​ crave that spicy sauce so much you can buy a bottle from the firehouse subs shop, just ask when their next shipment is and if you're could get an extra bottle.

I'm somewhat thankful that there isn't a Firehouse Subs nearby where I work, because I'd be eating there everyday. Food is great, staff are friendly, and the food comes out in a relatively quick pace. Highly recommended.

Good food, great selection. I love the beef brisket extra mayo and sweet baby Ray bbq sauce. Or you can choose a selection of hot sauces on your sub. Every sub helps a cause to firefighters. Remember you don't see subway doing this. Bathroo. Clean when I was there, staff always a smile.

I have been to this firehouse Subs numerous times.  It's usually good. This time the service was questionable.  We waited longer than normal and it was during of hours. The Subs came out wrong and had to go back. Went to wash my hands and noticed the restroom needed cleaning. The toilet did not flush and after washing my hands there was no paper towels.  Not sure I will be back to this one.
