Worst service we've ever had here by Melissa. Brought the family to celebrate a birthday. The food is always consistently fantastic. Service is typically excellent.... except if Melissa is your server. Inattentive, rude, slow and by far the. worst experience we've had here. So awful, I wrote a note on the bottom of the check in hopes the manger sees it.

The food is amazing! You can't come to the Lake Norman area without trying this place. Best sushi and best Thai food hands down.

Always the best customer service!! We go a few times a month and have never had anything less than above average service. Waiters and waitresses are all very friendly and helpful. Its awesome, best thai food I can find in this area and at a great price. Food tastes fresh, never bland, and anything I pick from the menu comes out tasting great!!! they also play alot of cool alternative music, which is wayyyyy better than most restaurants playlists imo.

I am delighted to say that as a vegetarian and avid food lover, Phoenix delivers in both food and customer service, both dine in and carry out. Carry out orders have been just as delicious as the dine in orders. The impeccable service while dining in keeping my drink full, my table cleared of used dishes, and my family clearly pleased with their choice meals. Not only did our server notice we requested tofu as proteins and no egg with our dishes, when he realized that our meals came with soups with meat in them, he offered to swap them for a delicious onion soup (thanks Christian, your service is the best!). I truly enjoyed my time at the Phoenix and cannot wait to go again. Thank you for a great experience!

This is a Consistency for my family and I. We all love everything and yes we've been enough to have tried almost everything on the menu.... And I would always recommend Stephanie to ANY and EVERYONE going she is absolutely amazing and that says alot for service as it's went completely down hill most places. She's absolutely hands down the best server . We'll be back very soon.
