Decided to treat myself, because I was craving pancakes. I ordered around 2 am, picked it up and returned to work (1/2 hour lunch break). Everything was disgusting; hash browns were overcooked (a brick), bacon was under cooked (rubbery), everything was lukewarm and sitting in grease. I couldn't leave work again, so I attempted to eat what I could and was sick for 24 hours afterward. What a waste of $10! I will never eat at IHOP again. Wish that I could rate in negative stars...

The first time we came here it was great. It was the late night staff and everything and everyone was lovely. This time however, on Sunday morning, the service is terrible. The waitress was just strange and seemed inconvenienced by everything, even got our order wrong and got out the menu to prove she didn’t. A bit of a mess this time.

The store is alright, but some of the cookstaff have a serious attitude problem. If they know who the food is for, they will make you wait as well as give you cold food. On the days those people are not there, its great. But they work too often, and mostly night shift.

I always have to wait a while and they don't really know how to cook a steak but it's a great hangover cure!

Food was really good and the service was excellent. The restaurant itself is totally remodeled and modern.
