Food was delicious, staff were nice, place was clean

This manager is the kindest woman I have ever met. The service is great and she is always there to make sure your food is quick without hurting the food quality. If you have an issue, Chandra is quick to fix the problem to the best of her abilities. THAT is what customer service is supposed to be like. Taco Bell is lucky to have her taking care of such a busy store.

Ordered 2 beefy potato ritos and a regular size airhead freeze at the Patteson Drive Taco Bell. I came during the $1 happier hour (3pm-5pm) and the cashier said she had no idea what that was. So I didn't get the $1 deal. Shame. The two potato ritos had burnt meat and NO potatoes. 

Never eating here again. Terrible. Much better fast food to go to.
