To the owners, from the 5 business owners, who dinned at your restaurant : train your staff if you want to stay in business !!! Unfortunately we went for a business dinner for 5 people, expecting advertised lever of fine dining. Ended up highly disappointed, due to very poor service by the slow depressed looking staff. At first were repetitively pushed with the drinks. Salads and appetizers were brought together with steaks one hour after ordering despites the fact that the restaurant had two more small tables of 4 people each. It took forever to get a tea box or tea bag, so the tea water became cold. The waiter brought our one plate of desert to the other table, and looked confused when was told that they didn't order it. It seemed liked he was on some sort of tranquilizers or something tragically happened in his family . However, as soon as we finish tea he was acting like we have to leave. This place probably will be good for after funeral service.

Deng is amazing!!!!! He's a mad scientist underneath! The new drinks that he's presenting are delicious!!!! The lychee infusion is ta die for! The new sangrias are also a hit! Spare ribs and lychee infusion is now my go to meal. The spare ribs are BEYOND tendor and they melt in your mouth with the creamy cloud mashed potatoes that they're served with ! Triple YUM!

We had a group of about ten of us on a Saturday night and we wanted to go to the yard house but there was a two hour wait so we decided to try III Forks, we walked in at 9pm. Big mistake!! First we walked in may have been 10 people total at the restaurant, the person we thought was our waiter had NO personality what so ever with anything. We would try and get him to smile or lighten up but again no way not happening. We proceeded to order our drinks and received those 25-40 minutes later. Ordered our food and another 45 min later was told by our waiter to one of our guests that he only had one chicken dinner left. Once our guest expressed not being to happy but if he could give a discount on another meal we will stay so the waiter walks away says um ya I can take $10 off who talks that way to customers??? FINALLY an hour later food comes and was cold, not cooked to order nothing. We ordered a burger medium well but came out bleeding and falling apart, and others never received their side dishes for their food. If you wanted a drink refill forget it u needed to ask people that weren't even ur waiter for it. Then we tried to get our check so we could leave but AGAIN they take another 30 minutes. I went looking for a manager and was told the manager was our waiter!! The worst service I've ever gotten anywhere especially when it "should" have been a higher end restaurant. I and our party will NEVER return nor recommend it to anyone.

I'd like to ask the owners why is quality so inconsistent. One day you can have a faulous dining experience, while the next time it's a disaster. Been here 3 times, and although the service is near impeccable, food quality is still a big question mark. Your reply please.

Manager who works there is very rude. Not nice at all. I wouldnt recomend going there..not professional at all..
