Fantastic time! Everyone was friendly, professional and fun! Extremely helpful with the system. Made sure we were taken care of and when we requested anything, it was there in a short time. Food was great and beverages were just as good. Can not thank the staff enough for such a great time. Thank you. -Aaron

Such a fun place to be! My girlfriend and I wanted to try it out on a Sunday night because she loves to sing karaoke and sometimes goes to south beach with her friends but this was so much closer and brand new. It completely blew away our expectations. the place is gorgeous, the rooms are great. Our rooms A/C stopped working so they sent us to an upgraded room (much larger, every room is different) even though our was fine, it was a nice gesture. Gigi took really care of us and all of our needs and we constantly lengthened our time there. We will be back :)

We enjoyed our evening here so much! It's such a beautifully designed place. 
Food was delicious, the music selection is huge (over tens of thousands) in various languages. 
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. 
Highly recommend! 
We definitely coming back again.

Amazing place.
From the moment we walked in the staff was 
Very nice and the place was súper fun.
The food was really good also.

Amazing vibes. The new big thing in Miami !!! Great food, drinks and selection of songs. Cool staff. A must-do experience if you're in Miami.
