If u miss a payment and they think u not going to pay they will notify the state to try to suspend your license. Just 10 days after I sold my car and let my insurance lapse cause I sold my vehicle. They notified the state and they sent me a letter threatening to suspend my license unless I showed proof of insurance for a car I sold.. snakes do not deal with them

They are the cheapest....But that's fine until you have a claim....The companies they deal with will all run from the claim....My collision insurer had to be threatened daily for about 3.5 months and then sent a check that could not be cashed.  My Liability insurer is still denying that I had coverage although Illinois Insurance Center does not deny taking all of my premium payments.  This is all a big scam and prepare to get an attorney if you ever have a claim with these people

I've been a customer with Illinois insurance for over 13 years the staff it's very professional and very courteous and does not hurry they take their time to make sure that the customer is satisfied 100%. Also I have only had one claim that was because somebody else was at fault and Illinois insurance was there for me with no questions asked. My premium did not go up. The only suggestion I would have as I pay my insurance yearly it would like a better discount for doing that other than that I'm very happy with my insurance thank you have a good day
