Easy ordering and quick delivery! I was very happily surprised. I received several confirmation and follow up emails. My mom LOVED the flowers! Very reasonably priced for a beautiful bouquet. Lori replied to my emails right away and confirmed when the driver left with the arrangement.

I grew up in the Marshfield area but have lived elsewhere for the past 15 years. With family in the area, I need to be able to rely on a local florist. I have used Spring Green in the past several times. They have always been pricey unless you order through telaflora, but the arrangements have always been well designed and worth the money. This time, I ordered a small bouquet for Mother's Day and it was terrible. More greens than flowers, the flowers that they did use were very cheap looking, poorly arranged, and absolutely no cohesive color scheme. I realize that it is a busy holiday, but what my mother received was terrible. I would have been better off buying a $10 bouquet from the grocery store. I like to support small local businesses, but I will not be re-ordering from here anytime soon.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. I ordered through their local website because I am in CO and my mother lives in Marshfield so Mother's Day had to be long distance. I thought I would go all-out and get the biggest package they offered for $110 of a lovely Spring arrangement that was described as: "Serene crème roses, yellow tulips, white asiatic lilies, lavender stock and matsumoto asters are perfectly arranged with spring's freshest greenery and delivered in a lovely clear glass vase. Send it and you'll definitely waltz right in to someone's good graces!" I was awe struck by it and the photo was just the "standard" bouquet. I went up from standard to the premium, which is two above that (Deluxe is middle). Premium was about twenty dollars more but I thought it would be worth it. Anyways, I paid for the flowers (two days before expected delivery) and there was even an option to throw in chocolates or a stuffed animal for mom. I went with a med. sized stuffed animal for $10 extra. I also left instructions asking for the flowers to be delivered between 11am-3pm, which I thought would be a decent delivery window since it's MARSHFIELD. I got a confirmation email shortly that stated they would have to substitute if they were limited on flowers. I somewhat expected this with such a big "flower" holiday, and sent them a quick email asking for a picture to be emailed to me before they delivered it to my mom, just to know that I "got what I paid for". I didn't get a response. Mother's Day arrives. I get no email, and they delivered the flowers late, which was the least of my worries. My mom sent a photo of what she got (She was still touched by the gesture, but when I showed her what I PAID for, she was furious) and it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. There were no roses and half the flowers weren't even open, and the "substitute" they used was a bunch of green grass filler. I was upset because someone obviously paid less or the same that I did, and got a much better bouquet, unless they pull this with everyone. We called and told them that our bouquet was crap, and they said "no refunds. Well do you want me to bring you a different one if I come pick it up?" "Yes" my mother told her, and wouldn't you know it, the flowers she got were crap. The bouquet was full but the petals were already rotting on some of them. They also "forgot" the stuffed animal and then said that I didn't buy one. I had to have my mother print my receipt and prove that I purchased one and they reluctantly gave her a TINY stuffed tiger (What? Happy Mother's Day, here's a tiger). Their excuse was that I ordered from a third party website, which is total BS because the website I was on had their address and phone number ONLY on it. Just go to their site and see for yourself. No wait, don't. Don't give them the satisfaction of ruining your holiday like I did. Never again. Thanks for ruining Mother's Day.
