ILBK Buford is so awesome! It was the best workout I have had in a long time. Probably the best workout I’ve ever had in my life. The instructors that I have met so for are awesome. They push you but in a good way, not over bearing and trying to kill you or hurt you. I love it! I signed up the day of my first class which was yesterday.

iLKB Buford offers a challenging workout in a non-threatening environment. Everyone goes at their own pace but the instructors encourage you to challenge yourself….and speaking of the instructors…they have a great staff that are always welcoming and positive! My whole family takes classes and we all love it (except all the burpees, ha).! I see great results when I go consistently. It’s a great stress reliever too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get fit!

Ilovekickboxing is a great workout with super encouraging instructors. It's high energy and a great stress reliever. I am shocked at the muscle definition I have gained after a short time! Try it, you'll be hooked!

iLoveKickBoxing is a full body, exciting workout with awesome instructors, great music and fantastic members. I have been searching for quite some time for a 'gym' so I can get back to working out again, but every place I checked out just didn't measure up. That is, until iLoveKickBoxing opened a location in Buford. I leave there sore and dripping in sweat... exactly how you want to feel after an intense workout. I highly recommend anyone looking for a change of pace to give them a try. You won't regret it!!
