Never buy a ring from Samuel's. I personally bought a ring from here. In less then TWO MONTHS the metal part of the ring started to deteriorate. A month later the metal band broke. Now with trying to calmly negotiate a deal, the best Samuel's Jewelers can do, is to have them recast the ring that would cost my fiance another $1200 or to re-pick another ring of LESSER VALUE! When it comes down to you choosing a jeweler for your special moment in life, I implore you to go elsewhere than at Samuel's Jewelers for they ruined my special moment in my life. Every time I look at my deteriorating ring my heart breaks and tears come to my eyes.

This is my first review ever and the only reason why I am doing it is because I was so impressed with their compassion! My mom just recently passed away and I wanted to size her wedding ring to fit my pinky. I went to a different jeweler and could not believe how much they were going to charge me for this! So...on a whim I decided to check out Samuels. I wasn't going to go into the history of it all but they were significantly cheaper than the other place so I told them that it was my mom's ring and she had just recently passed and I really wanted to wear it as a keepsake. Not only was it cheaper to have this done, but he took $40.00 off the total price! I am embarrassed to say, I cried in the the store...the negative reviews were several years ago and I don't know if management or ownership has changed but I found these people extraordinary! I go pick up my ring today....so excited!

Management has really turned around in the past year and i can say this has become my new favorite shopping place. They have a really large selection of everyday, bridal and anniversary jewelry. They also offer a lifetime warranty on everything and they are the only jeweler to do so. The employees are super kind and knowledgeable. I really felt like they cared, can't wait to go back.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a jeweler. The employee seemed to randomly quote a price for replacing my watch battery ("Oh...for that style, then $15, not $10...it's hard to get the back off that watch"). When I returned to the store to pick up the watch and pay, I waited for about 90 seconds while the 2 employees at the cash register finished their personal conversation. When I gave the associate my credit card, she hesitated, at which time I offered a different credit card. She then said, "Well, I mean it's just that it's only $15" (insinuating that I pay cash, I guess?). I would not recommend this jeweler for product service.

" Too bad I can't choose "0" stars!!! This company is nothing more than a complete and total sham - bunch of ridiculous liars from the ground level through upper management. At every turn, through a 2 month process of just trying to get a new $2,200.00 anniversary band purchased from them, soldered to my wedding set - there was lie after lie - with end result being that of having to involve the sheriff's dept to force the store to release MY wedding set, and having to file a civil lawsuit to have my wedding set repaired from the damage caused by Samuel's while it was in their possession. DO NOT PURCHASE or ENTRUST YOUR JEWELRY to this company!!!!!!!
