I came here with my wife and a 16 month old toddler. Very few interesting items for an under two here. There were a few battery powered musical toys but they were lacking battery. On informing staff, they told that they had replaced battery only this week and didn't change the batteries. No rides/swings for toddlers this young! I found hardly any stuff that my toddler could enjoy. It was hard to spend even one hour here. Felt very disappointed.

Great place for kids age 7 and younger. The sweet spot is for kids between 3 and 6. Gets pretty crowded on weekends or during a birthday party. The play structure with the slides is a lot of fun for everyone. The only negative is that some of the play items like the doctor's kit are often missing, or in the case of tablets completely broken. Has a nice little cafe with Sal's Pizza made fresh in the restaurant just one floor below.

This place is great. I love that they have food available and coffee! It is always very clean and friendly environment for the kids to play.

No longer impressed. I've gone to Imajine That about 5-6 times over the past 5 years and I haven't seen anything updated or improved upon in all that time. My first visit was wonderful when it was during a non school vacation week with my 2.5 year old. We had a blast! Since then I've had 2 other kids and each visit I find it a mess, toys are broken, little order over any of the chaos. I'm all for unstructured play but that doesn't mean the place can't have some organizational efficiency! Like, if you're doing to have "Elsa" and "Anna" visit for an hour, then create a queue so parents know where to line up rather than let the line blend with the face painting line which was also completely overrun. 3 out 4 of the computers in the Tech Area were broken. There were only a few train cars remaining so my kid just cranked the coal machine. At any given time there are 10 kids in the bouncy house even though a sign out front says 6 maximum. Come on! Maybe this is a total cash cow for the owner at this point but some sense that you still care would be refreshing. My youngest is now 2.5 and after my visit today, I think it's highly unlikely we'll return. It's a huge disappointment for me since I like the idea of a place like this in Lawrence, but an ounce of organization and a modicum of reinvestment would go a long way. Most of the parents there are just happy to have a local place w/o going into the city but they deserve more and so do the employees who are trying their hardest.

All electronic toys were out of batteries. Food court was also not good. Toys were dirty.
