Well I just recently went there and found the office had shut down a couple months ago. I never receive any notifications and given such a flipant attitude when I called the number left on the door I knew I was done with them. The quality of service had gone down miserably and the 'young' staff definitely showed their lack of maturity including the doctor who showed up over an hour late at the start of the day. The attendants, without any regard to who I was, told me that he does it all the time. I learned so much about the other doctors and nurses while I was sitting waiting, and waiting and waiting I felt I knew them all. I say goodbye to bad service. I 'Immediately' went home and switched providers.

At first, this Immediate Care center seemed just like every other clinic. But that was before the examination. The best way to describe it would be "the absolute minimum". First off, it seemed like the doctor had a lot of other things he'd rather be doing than attending patients. Then, he asked only the most basic questions and sloughed off the answers as if they were completely irrelevant. He didn't act like he was in a rush, thankfully, but he didn't really seem to care either. I'm not a doctor, so I can't judge his actual diagnostic capacities, but he didn't inspire any confidence whatsoever that he knew what he was doing. He ordered up some blood tests, which came back without the results we needed because, like with the previous reviewer, he had ordered the WRONG TESTS. So I had to go to LabCorp to give more blood. In the end it took three visits, three blood tests, and a total of 10 days to finally get a diagnosis. I found myself only calling the clinic on days that the doctor who saw me wasn't on duty as the other doctors were very helpful and treated me much better. If you ge to this clinic, I very much hope you see one of them.
