My experience at Northwest Hospital was phenomenal. The ED staffs were very cordial and knowledgeable. They were prompt into addressing my concerns and they treated the patient without delay. The price of the drugs sold in the hospital's pharmacy are very reasonable.

Hey you, are you currently on your way to Northwest Hospital right now thinking that you are about to receive medical attention ? Well it’s not gonna happen MAKE A U-TURN AND FIND ANOTHER HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY!!! My mother was in a 3-car collision and waited 7 hours before being seen by a nurse or doctor. We thought it was best that after an accident that she should see a doctor and that is the only reason why she stayed. The nurses are absolutely disrespectful and ghetto. My nephew was sick and his father took him to Northwest. That is where he was diagnosed with bronchitis but unfortunately Northwest does not know what to do with a 1 year old child. The nurses that assisted him grew very impatient with him because he wouldn’t cooperate, MIND YOU he is just a baby but they all gave up very easily with him after one attempt. He was then transferred to Sinai where he received the medical care and attention that he needed. (Northwest to foreeeeever to contact Sinai for a transfer, took 4 hours) The nurses are the main reason why Northwest sucks so much. They are rude, ghetto, disrespectful, and they would much rather sit around and gossip than to assist patients. I HATE this hospital.

ER staff is great. The second floor, tele medecine. I wouldn't take my dog there. Nurse asked if I had read the call before fall literature. Then she said, can you even read. The list goes on and in regarding there unprofessionalsim.

By far the worst expeirence ever..ive been here plenty of times.. L Ive never been in so much pain inside of a hospital.. Ive been sitting in the waiting room crying for 6 going on 7 hours.

Every time I come to this hospital it is the worse. They did an ultrasound on my leg, and sent me away in pain WITHOUT finding wrong. There's no doctors on staff and they had a Physician's Assistant doing all the work. DON'T GO THERE. I was there for 6 hours and they told me NOTHING. They gave me a referral. AGAIN DON'T GO TO NORTHWEST to HOSPITAL.. The worse place on the planet... and to make it worse, they sent me home with a my pressure as 169/117. I asked them medicine and tjey said you will be okay. Horrible place
