I have been a customer of Imperial Jewelers for 34 years and would never go to another jeweler! Leno has crafted beautiful pieces for me through the years- he is so talented. This is the go to place for my husband when he buys me a gift and I am always thrilled!

comes across very sincere and caring and will assure you the importance of quality work but at the last second will rush a custom piece of jewelry along just to get onto his next project.

Good quality work and very talented. But refuses to get something to your exact liking as to the accuracy of your chosen product you both originally agreed on. 

If you don’t like the final project and there are minor inaccuracies that can be easily remedied. Just don’t ask to have them fixed. And If one spends money on a custom piece of jewelry and the project is not to your liking, you receive an ultimatum of, “I’ll  just scrap the whole thing.”  

Yes you will be offered your money back but does not give one a good feeling. The customer will be given a good price but with that good price it just may come with insults to finish the project and rushed along

Attempts of kindness are spoken  to help one feel assured are offered and  then reassured  but if something comes up according to what you both agreed upon kkand a customer  has a about it and it is not the way you specified it will not be dealt with.

No reason to bash or insult. This just happens to be true. Sincerely submitted for constructive  criticism.
