If I could give them a zero star I would. Do NOT rent from these guys.  It's a trap.  You sign a lease for one amount and they charge you more, typically 20% and then add on late fees and they never, ever correct their accounting. The Accounting is always wrong--substantially in their favor. Then they will file a suit for eviction eventually if you protest and you get in front of one of their corrupt crony judges.  It's not worth it and they are liars. Rent elsewhere. Thank me, you will be dodging a huge bullet I didn't.
