This is the only salon in the area I will go to. I had to switch stylist however, Kirsten is amazing!  I came in today with a rats nest and left with runway hair. Pretty much told her my idea and she ran with it.  It came out better than I had imagine. If your looking for a great salon, clean, friendly staff who are all extremely talented than look no further than In Color Salon.

I had my hair cut here and highlighted three years ago by a stylist that left me unhappy with my visit. I don't like making a scene so I didn't say anything... I just decided not to go back to this lady because she shot down every single suggestion I had. I'm not sure now what this stylist's name was. I really don't think enough time was allowed for my appointment and she seemed like she was in a hurry to get through with me. No one likes feeling "run over" and like every idea they have is bad. 

However, I decided to give it one more try (three years later) but with a new stylist because this salon is so convenient. I sure am glad that I did. The name of the stylist I saw this second time around was Megan. I loved how easy Megan is to talk to. I explained what happened the first time and she bent over backwards to make me happy. I walked in with hair halfway down my back. I wanted highlights and a lot cut off of my length but I didn't know what I wanted. Megan took it slow and easy with me so we weren't rushed and I could not have been happier with the results. I am so glad that I decided to try In Color again. Megan has a loyal new customer and I am very happy with this Salon. I've got my second appointment set up and I am looking forward to it.

I finally took a day for myself and was looking forward to having a color specialist give me bright happy highlights and cute cut but left in tears and heartache. I thought I was choosing the best...but ended up leaving so frustrated and disappointed after 2 sittings. Told color I wanted wouldn't stay so I tried to choose another. First color placement she did was hard to see and not color discussed or what I wanted, second try she bleached out some highlights but then placed another color over nearly all my hair but left blotches of my natural colors in patches. The other stylist and manager just stood there watching it happen! Customer service and communication is key to a happy client and returning customer. I called back and spoke to the manager after I calming down and sitting in my driveway and was basically told I will be washing color out of dark areas but she said it will stay on the lighter areas longer. I threw away 4 hours of my long awaited 'me day' and  $160.00 and was left feeling humiliated, I will be trying to wash out, while I search for new salon.

I’ve been going here for almost 4 years, after trying many other places. I have blonde hair, and it always looks great when I leave. I recommmend this salon.

I really like this salon, today I had Valeria do my hair. She did an amazing job and she took the time to listen and show me how to style.
