Story

In 1948, the first In-N-Out Burger was founded by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park. In that era, it was common to see carhops serving customers in their cars. Harry had the unique idea of a drive-thru hamburger stand where customers could order through a two-way speaker box. His idea caught on and California's first drive-thru hamburger stand was born. In-N-Out Burger has been serving the highest quality burgers, fries and shakes ever since.

Although it's not uncommon for this location to be consistently busy, which is understandable, today I sadly had an extremely bad experience. I had just got off of work when I headed over to get myself and my family's food. It was busy as per usual, but soon enough I got my food and was on my way home I realized that I, one, did not have all of my food that I had payed for. I wasn't happy, especially knowing that it's part of their job routine to make sure that all of the customers food items are present. So I made my trek back to In N Out. I walked up to the counter, with all food present just in case, and let them know that they had forgotten to give me my animal fry. I was talked to rudely, but I tried to be understanding considering the fact that it was busy. I then waited another ten minutes for my animal fry, and was given it again with terrible attitude, and I left again for home. Once I got home I proceeded to go and open my animal fry, the only food item specifically for me, to come to the realization that it was not made the way I had asked (No grilled onion, which I'm not a fan of at all so this was important). Even though it wasn't made correctly I still ate it, I was really hungry, and I didn't want to go back given the previous course of events. Not but 20 minutes later me, along with my other family members, started getting extremely sick. Stomach-Flu sick. I'm terribly disappointed with the service that I received today and am sadly probably not going to return given the treatment I received by the associates there, and how sick the food made me.

I kid you not. I just left this establishment going south. My party ordered 3 burgers all different variations and some fries. Took a couple bites out of my burger, found a small cockroach embedded inside still crawling. This place is a pig sty! Never coming here again. Not to mention they messed up on the burger orders. Awful.

In and out is amazing. This one sucks. Extra tomatoes after I asked for none. An onion slice that looked and smelled like it was cut 2 days ago and a cold patty. Save your in and out trip for one closer to the bay. Go to Carl's junior instead.

It's a burger joint. Don't buy into the hippie hype.  Nothing special.  Fries are better at McD. In a blind taste, the McD burger may also win.  One thing is apparent - I/O hires from a better pool of applicants.

Great food as always had a lil mix up qit the fries but they fixed it and gave me a lil extra great service thank you!!
