You would think that after being in the same location for as long as they have.... someone would know to staff a little better during the holidays. Honestly we would of been Served quicker going through the drive through. It's a joke one cashier one guy putting orders together, everyone else is concentrated on the drive through. Won't come back here, ever. Who wants to wait 30 min for an McDonald's hamburger.

The employee that took my order was so rude! I just saw her yell at a customer for asking for egg whites! Service is slow, food tasteless.

I WAS A GRILL MAN AT MC DS IN HIGH SCHOOL. WHAT WE WERE TAUGHT WAS BE CONSISTENT/ IN PRESENTATION N PREPARATION.. THE RESON MC DS WHEN TO THE DOLLAR MENU WAS LACK OF PROPER EXECUTION IN PREPARATION AS PRESCRIBED BY THE FRANCHISE. IF U WANT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS T O A FRANCHISE WHEN YOUR CREW STARTS VACATING THE PRINCIPALS /GO TO MC DONALDS IN LOS GATOS: THERE IS NO CUSTOMERS NON. THE NEXT TIME U FEEL IT S OK TO TAKE SHORTCUTS /MICROWAVE THE CHEESE N BREAD INTO OBLIVION/ASK UR SELF WILL WE BE HERE IN 5 TO 10 YEARS

Absolute worst service I've even seen. Waited over 30 min in the drive thru. Employees were lazy and rude. Order was taken incorrectly, and not reviewed at 1st window. At 2nd window was made to wait and wait. Waited almost 10 min with no apologies or explanation. Then told my frappe could not be made. I asked for something else then, they never gave it to me. I expected the food to be hot right off the grill for having been made to wait- it wasn't. I will never stop at that specific restaurant again. Absolutely unacceptable service all around

Food was McDonald's food but I didn't get exactly what I ordered. The surroundings inside the restaurant were dirty and the woman's bathroom was disgusting. No paper towels, pee on the toilet seat and floor. A lady sweeping up around the tables while people were eating. We won't be going there again.
