Went to this shop because of a dress I saw at the Bridal show in Agawam. I was told they had the dress at the shop for 40%-60% off. They didn't have that dress there. There was only one of that dress and it was at the show. As I was about to leave the shop, I asked about that dress and was told it just arrived back from the show and I could try it on if I wanted, but they were having a private event and the store would be closing. I said since that was the only reason I went there I would try it on. As I was going into the dressing room, another staff told me I needed to hurry because they were closing. Although the dress was beautiful, I was not going to be pressured, so I didn't buy it. Feel like it was a bait and switch just to get people into the store.

Had the most wonderful experience! I needed to get a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding and the moment I walked in the store everyone was so kind and helpful. They were able to help me find a dress and order it quickly. The alterations were done in one day! I love it here. Would definitely recommend!

I am now updating my review. After I left my last 1 star review stating all my frustrations and concerns, the owner contacted me the next day to express her sincerest apologies and kept thanking me for bringing all this to her attention as she works at another store out of PA and isn't there much to see the day to day things going on.

After telling her everything, she offered to have my dress cleaned and preserved completely free of charge. They are also refunding my bridesmaid who had an issue with her dress being ordered in time all her alteration costs, and is refunding my mother 1/2 off her alterations for having her show up to an appointment and telling her they weren't ready and she needed to reschedule.

Now THAT is how you run a business! Thank you so much to Sherri, the owner, and Maria, the manager of In White - Springfield for contacting me right away and making this right! Seriously made my day!

The consultant was nice. I went on a Friday afternoon and felt a little rushed. Multiple consultants came into the dressing room while I was changing which felt intrusive. I felt the consultants were trying to push me into a decision.

It was a beautiful boutique with high quality dresses. My favorite part of my visit was how special I was made to feel by Brittney during my visit with my Maid of Honor. Brittney was informative, help and gave service with a smile. She supported my vision and provided great product information! Kudos to the staff at In White!
