Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, at 4pm after no contact from the business finally got ahold of them. Business stated they had several emergencies pop up, and could not even commit to coming out the next day. Appreciated the honesty when the woman told me I should consider finding a different plumber, but wow was I blown away in a negative way.

I called and talked to them on the phone about an issue I had in my shower. Instead of charging me an arm and leg for coming to look at it, because it was a simple fix he had me send him pictures and he walked me through fixing it. You saved my day, thanks for the excellent customer service!!

TOP CLASS SERVICE!!! It was snowing like crazy and my hot water heater went out. I called another plumbing company and after waiting 3 hrs the guy never showed up. I called Steve and he was at my door within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient with his work. He had all the equipment needed to install a new water heater. Steve even waited around to make sure everything was working properly. As a father of 2 young kids (ages 5 and 1), Steve's willingness to show up and show out is greatly appreciated.

Independence Pluming has working on a pluming and electrical project for me now and I couldn't be happier with the service. Steve is an absolute professional and makes sure the job is done right. I won't call anyone else for my pluming and electrical needs.

We've had them come out twice now to take of a clog and we are scheduling a toilet replacement. This guy is very knowledgeable, does a nice job, and offers a lot of advice. He also helped us out with our leaky dishwasher. I'll call him any time time I need a plumber!
